All products are shipped via USPS or UPS. On some occasions, we may substitute UPS for UPS, depending on the item shipped. For your protection, shipments are insured through the carrier. When the Free Shipping Option is chosen, ClearlyOptics.com reserves the right to choose the shipping method.
Return Policy
Products purchased at ClearlyOptics.com, a division of MBS of New Orleans (MBS), may be returned within 30 days for a refund (minus any shipping) if the product is new & un-used and is in resellable condition. Any refunds will be executed upon ClearlyOptic's receipt of the merchandise. A 10& restocking fee will be applied.
To return a product, please follow the steps below
Return Procedure
1. Contact MBS of New Orleans by e-mail at sales@clearlyoptics.com or call us at (985) 626-1366, 9 – 5 Central, M-F for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and return procedures.
2. Upon issuing a RMA# you will be given a ship to address to return the item for repair or replacement.
3. Once received by MBS, we will repair or replace the item and return ship it to you or we will issue you a refund.
Please clearly mark the outside of your package with your RMA number.
Returns without an Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted and will be returned.
